Please familiarise yourself with the routes, bring a phone and be prepared for punctures. If the unfortunate does happen we all tend to gather at Washbrooks cafe post ride and we’d be happy to see you there. We alternate between two routes, a flat route and a more hilly route, depending on conditions and what we fancy on the day.
Our mid-week ride focuses on race training and team riding using a circuit loop of Albourne. We split our riders into level ability groups with the objective of staying away from the chasing group over two laps.
Depending on the light we often do two of these sessions in one evening. Non-members are very welcome to come meet us and try these fast sessions.
